CMMI在台灣


昨天聽到顧問說我們的CMMI在台灣還算落實的─不小心就笑出來了 :p 不曉得他是不是在講場面話啦,不過起碼可以知道一件事實:一些搶著做評鑑的單位也和我們一樣,是在搞瞞天過海,徒具那個管理的流程,卻沒有實作的勇氣。另一件他講的閒話也蠻有趣的,最近台灣的軟體業對CMMI似乎沒有那麼熱中了,他開的課反而都是銀行派人來上,一個關鍵點就是:過了CMMI Level X,可能是具有接得到某些case的資格,但不代表接到的case錢就會比較多….也就是說,在還沒拿到更多錢之前,就得先花個幾百萬通過評鑑….真是吸金哪,不過台灣的商人最精的可是算成本囉。

說起來之前也聽學長說過,以台灣充斥的眾多中小型軟體公司而言,哪有那個本錢每家花錢去過這種評鑑?更何況,我實在是覺得,編制太小的單位勉強去通過CMMI,只是增加自己的財務負擔及工作負擔,以CMMI偏向管理的屬性,在中大型的單位才比較容易看到明顯的效率增加,要去搞這種東西,不如先想想要怎麼做組織再造吧!這個地方充斥的冗員及太極拳高手實在是太多了,怎麼樣創造更好的組織文化,使人盡其材,汰除不需要的資源─不過這在軍方和公家機關都是不可能的吧,畢竟劣幣逐良幣才是這裡的常態….啊啊,這樣的空氣對我而言好污濁啊 ~>_<~
