正著跑練小腿,倒著跑練大腿?


今天下班的慢跑,在正常跑完十圈後,眼看著某同事已經在旁邊喘 :p 想說早點結束也好,於是第十一圈嘗試倒著跑─不是反方面跑喔,是往背面的方面倒退跑,結果這一圈下來大呼過癮,跑這一圈大概比正著跑三圈還要累,大腿非常的痠,而且也似乎減低了對膝蓋的負荷?
後來想想,似乎正著跑的時候,到最後都是小腿或踝關節先受不了,反而是倒著跑比較會練到大腿,這兩種方式應該可以互補,也可能可以改變關節的受力;尤其我那怎麼慢跑、爬山都瘦不下來的大腿,看看倒著跑有沒有效果….只是這似乎比較屬於無氧運動,呼吸也不會特別劇烈,就是大腿非常累,嗯,下次再來嘗試嘗試。
另外還要記錄一下上週六的慢跑,想說這週末不想出去玩,早點去跑一跑運動一下,卻忽略了大太陽遲遲不下山帶來的高溫,才跑了十圈我就投降了…看來以後跑步的變因,除了體能、肌耐力、腹肌強度、風勢,還要加上高溫,溫度高所累積的身體熱度如果排除不掉,會大量的耗損體力…果然夏天慢跑,不是很早跑,就是要很晚跑啊。(其他幾項變因…以後想到再寫好了)
