好久沒有早上慢跑囉~


昨天大清早起來慢跑,實在是因為太久沒有運動,也沒有爬山,大概兩個禮拜了吧,這個禮拜又可能是那種每到下午必定下雨的鳥天氣 -__- 這樣下午也都沒辦法動,煩死了,星期一就決定晚上回家早點睡,第二天起床來個好久不見的晨跑!
之所以很久沒有晨跑,一方面是因為週末我起不來,另外一方面則是怕上班前跑步,上班可能會很累,不過這次不管了,很累的話,上班就打瞌睡吧😄
星期一晚上和同事跑去大潤發買東西後,回到家已經快十點了,看看網頁輕鬆一下,十一點就爬上床睡覺,鬧鐘調早上五點二十分,好像回到大三的慢跑特早班一樣 :p
五點二十分爬起來,不會有特別疲累的感覺,搖搖頭甩去倦意,換了短袖短褲就照慣例騎車出去….天哪,清晨好冷 @__@ 下次要多加件外套。不過起得這麼早,田徑場上果然滿滿的是歐吉桑歐巴桑,還看到法輪功,哎呀,這種時間大概很難看到美眉啊….
不過以前身體狀況不佳時,晨跑的體能狀況會比晚上好,沒想到現在不見得了,可能是因為腹肌比較不夠力,也可能是因為太久沒跑,七八圈就有點累,加上還要上班,我只好跑個十圈就收工了….有點不滿足哪。
回家高高興興的洗個澡再上班,運動完的心情真是不錯,而且整天並沒有特別疲累的感覺,上班也都很正常,跟以前慢跑特早班差好多呢,看來以後可以考慮晨跑啦~只是要多跑幾圈的話,就得更早起了 :Q
